Notifications from ServiceBus360 will be sent to the email address registered to your ServiceBus360 account. All the email notification will be sent from noreply@servicebus360.com and you cannot reply to any email that you receive from this id. Payment related emails are sent from support@servicebus360.com and you can reply to this email. You will receive email notifications from ServiceBus360 in three instances:


  1. Account / User Management notification
  2. Monitoring notification
  3. Payments notification


Event Who Will Get Notified When Will You Be Notified
Account activation Account owner When a user signup for ServiceBus360 account. The account owner is the user, whose email and contact information was originally used to sign up for ServiceBus360 account.
User invitation Super user / Normal user When a new user (either Super user or Normal user) is added to the ServiceBus360 account.
Password reset Account owner / Super user / Normal user When the user requests for "I don’t know my password" option.
Resend user invitation Account owner / Super user / Normal user
When the invited user doesn't register with ServiceBus360, the account owner/ super user can resend the activation email to the invited user.
Account closure  Account owner
When the ServiceBus360 account is closed by the account owner.
Threshold violation All the email id's registered for the respective alarm  When the current value exceeds the defined threshold value, the threshold violation alert is triggered.
Threshold compliance All the email id's registered for the respective alarm   When the current value exceeds the defined threshold value, the threshold compliance alert is triggered.
Health report All the email id's registered for the respective alarm   The health alert is triggered at the set time and day associated with  the alarm.
Subscription renewal reminder Account owner
This alert is triggered three days before the renewal date of the subscription.
Payment success Account owner
When the payment is successful during initial plan change/renewal of the subscription.
Payment failure Account owner
When the payment is failed during the renewal of the subscription. 
Final notice Account owner
When the account is going to be put on hold state due to payment failure.
Card about to expire Account owner
This alert is triggered when the registered credit card is about to expire in three days.
Card expired  Account owner
When the credit card registered with ServiceBus360 is expired an alert is sent to the account owner.
